These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of our products. By visiting our site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make a purchase.
1. Our Products and Orders
We strive to display our products and pricing accurately. However, colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. All descriptions, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order only when we send you an order confirmation email. All purchases are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after an order is placed. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping lead times are clearly displayed on each product page. Many items are built to order and may take several weeks to ship. Please see our full Shipping Policy for details on free shipping (contiguous 48 states), shipping carriers (FedEx and UPS), delivery expectations, curbside delivery, and important instructions for damaged shipments.
4. Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at +1 (866) 448-8231 if you need to cancel an order. Because many items ship quickly or are built to order, cancellation requests received after processing has begun may incur fees. For full details on cancellations, see our Returns and Refund Policy.
5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day limited money-back guarantee on unused, resellable items in original condition and packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are never eligible for a refund of outbound shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Important: Do not refuse delivery for minor packaging damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

6. Limited Warranty
All Grandio Greenhouses come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the aluminum frame and a 10-year limited warranty on the plastic panels for the original purchaser.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use and is subject to important exclusions (including misuse, improper installation, commercial use, acts of nature, and normal wear). Labor, shipping, and installation costs are not covered.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks—is owned by Backyard Living Source, Inc. or our licensors and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. “Grandio Greenhouses” and related logos are trademarks of Backyard Living Source, Inc.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties except those expressly stated in our Limited Warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website. The user assumes all risk of injury or damage related to product use and installation.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Backyard Living Source, Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
