The opener uses a wax (mineral) cylinder mechanism — the same proven technology used in greenhouse vent openers worldwide:

• As the greenhouse heats up, the mineral wax inside the cylinder expands, pushing a piston that gradually opens the roof vent
• As temperatures cool, the wax contracts, and a spring closes the vent and resets the piston
• The opening and closing is gradual — allowing just the right amount of airflow for cooling rather than snapping fully open or closed
• No electricity, no batteries, no wiring — entirely self-contained and passive

Is This Compatible with My Grandio Greenhouse?
